2022 Pittwater House Christmas Markets

Writer's picture: Yarra JacksonYarra Jackson

On the 3rd of December, we had our Christmas fair which was a hit. There were performances from our bands, artisan markets, amazing rides, delectable food, and carols were sung by parents, guests and students. Due to the pandemic, we haven’t been able to host this for a while which makes it even more special. We even managed to raise approximately $62 000!!!

Artisan Markets:

Lots of people spent part of their evening browsing the markets in the junior school, and in case you found something that you really liked and want more of, here’s a list of the stalls:

Red Lauren Beautiful handmade candles and diffusers.

Ocean Love Art Marine life artist Jo Bell based on Sydney's Northern Beaches creates custom artworks and prints for your home, business and gallery.

Seriously Twisted Designed and made in Australia, Seriously Twisted Jewellery combines traditional craft techniques with hand-picked materials in its eclectic range.

Surf Sock A recycled alternative to help you slide onto your wetsuit fast.

Australia Scape Outback landscapes captured from above and shared on beautiful pieces you can wear, use and wonder at every day.

Feed Grow Play Dedicated to making parenting affordable with Eco-Friendly and Sustainable products for Babies and Toddlers.

Tilley Likes Nail Wraps The fast and safe alternative to nail polishes and gels. Nail Wrap Stickers are 100% Nail Polish and stick straight onto your nail.

Eddie Puddy Jewels Handmade jewels and accessories for teens and tweens.

Mandala Living Creates yoga and meditation essentials locally, by hand and of the highest quality.

Beaches Bath and Body Co Natural, vegan and Australian native botanicals. Skin and bath products. Bioteclonia sanitisers.

Rides:

If you purchased a wristband, you would have unlimited access to the Storm Ride, Giant Slide, Adorable Petting Zoo and much more. You could even purchase a camel ride but if that wasn’t your thing then there were also pony rides!

Chill Out Zone:

In front of the great hall was the chill-out zone, with bean bags, chairs, and food stalls right next to you it was the perfect place to watch all the bands perform.

This magical night truly got everyone into the Christmas spirit for the holiday season.
